Complex Co-operative Nursery School offers a Toddler (18 months-2.5 years), and a Pre-School/JK- Alternative program (2.5 years -5 years), Monday-Friday, 8.30-12.00.

Monday to Friday mornings
8:30am to 12:00pm

| 8:30 - 9:00 | Arrivals. Teachers welcome children. | |
| 9:00 - 9:30 | Children are involved in self directed activities; puzzles, manipulative and sensory activities and imaginative play. | |
| 9:30 - 10:00 | Toddlers enter toddler room to explore age appropriate materials and make a simple craft. | |
| Preschooler's toy corner is opened and craft is started. | ||
| J.K. learning corners are opened (science, language, math), children rotate between the areas. Craft is started. | ||
| 10:00 | Tidy-Up Time. The children are encouraged to help put away toys and tidy-up. | |
| Toilet/Hand washing. Children are taken in small groups to use the bathroom and wash their hands. | ||
| 10:15 | Snack is served when all the children are seated and quiet. Children are encouraged to pour their own water from manageable pitchers and are encouraged to say "please" and "thank you". Children take their own dishes to the wash-up bin when they are done. | |
| 10:30 | Quiet Reading Time - children choose a book to read until everyone has finished snack. | |
| Circle Time - All the children come together to enjoy stories, songs, dramatic play, dance and games. Theme related topics are discussed. | ||
| 11:00 | Outside Play. The morning ends with active play in the outdoor play area. | |
| 11:45 - 12:00 | Pick up. |
